Hello,
First off I want to than each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughts and prayers to me and my family. It means that absolute world to me. I think I will start with good news. I have lost a total of 40 lbs since giving birth. I am so happy! Levi loves loves loves soccer and watching him practice after being at the hospital since Friday made my night last night. Carly came with me to see Ellie yesterday since she personally asked me to go see her so we did. The look on her face when she saw Ellie was priceless. She missed her little sister so much. Brooke got weighed today and is 7lbs 8oz and has gained 4lbs 2oz since birth! YEA!!! Brooke is thriving and her sugars were great today! We check once a week to make sure all is well. Ellie is still running a high fever and has only vomited 3 times today. Yesterday it was way to many to count. The doctors believe that once the stomach flu goes away we can regulate her again. The flu is almost done running it's course so the end is near. Thanks again for everything ladies!

That is the exact reason her body went crazy. In order for the insulin to work she needs food and water and it can not stay in her system hence the insulin does not work. So whenever Ellie get's sick this will happen since her body thrives off food and water for the insulin to work. Hopefully once she is older we can regulate her easier and better. But now that she is little we have to do this. Thanks again!
I am so relieved that things seem to be improving. I've also been stalking the board looking for updates. I am amazed by your strength and it has given me some perspective as I went back to work this week. We'll continue to pray for you.
And just thrilled to hear about Brooke.
