Whats for dinner??  

 

I have had no motivation to cook lately, any ideas?

    I guess tonight we are going to DH's friends house to grill. We are bringing brats and chicken drummies.

    Last night I made a cold veggie pizza which was delicious. Croissant crust with a cream cheese and ranch sauce spread and about 10 different kinds of veggies chopped up on top. Took a lot of prep time but was totally worth it. Good light and healthy meal.

    I am still trying to figure out lunch lol.  However, I am thinking something simple that I don't have to stand at the stove for long.  I am going to bake some chicken breast, steam some broccoli, and boil some pasta.  A simple butter & garlic cream sauce...and dinner is done in less than 45minutes.

    Pizza and salad. Just taking a pre-made crust and topping it with oil, mozz cheese, goat cheese, carmalized onions, portabello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. Very easy and really good!

    Chicken thighs on the grill.  Whenever I'm feeling lazy, I grill something.  I don't love it, but DH thinks grilling is the best.

    I've just been cooking in the crock pot. It's easy! Last night I made pulled chicken and there's enough for dinner tonight!

    2/06 - surprise pregnancy - twins
    3/06 - m/c 1st baby at 6 weeks 
    5/06 -2nd baby had no heartbeat at 14 wks.
    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

    Going out tonight because we have some time to kill between work and an appointment to meet with a potential pediatrician. Not sure where yet, pretty limited in options since we want to eat close to the Dr. office in case we are running short on time we would just be up the road.
