What are you doing/have you done for your anniversary with your DH or SO? What have you gotten for him?

Our 2 year is next month and last year I was pregnant so we just went out to dinner. He asked me what we were doing this year and I kind of just laughed. I have no clue!

Our 6th is on the 29th of this month and we are just going to dinner. The previous 4 years we've gone out of town for a quick weekend trip. I'm not ready to leave DS2 yet and it's a b!tch pumping while OOT so dinner it is!

We don't exchange gifts. Our parents usually give us money and we do something around the house with it. This year it will likely go to a new pantry cabinet in our kitchen. Exciting stuff!

Our 2nd anniversary was on the 8th - yup, Easter Sunday! We went out to dinner and a movie the night before while my mom watched DS. And God bless her for doing it because he was on day 2 of an anti-nap, extra cranky growth spurt. By the way, I do not recommend paying to see "Mirror Mirror" in a theater.

We didn't really exchange gifts, because we suck at it. We both buy everything that we want/need when we see it. I did however, buy my husband a new (annoying) tie to wear for work since the 2nd anniversary is cotton. He, in return gave me 2 well-worn dollar bills in order to buy a Powerball ticket. Ha!

For our 1st we went to Memphis for a weekend and did all the touristy stuff. For our 2nd we went to the gulf coast, stayed at the Hard Rock, ate at Ruth's Chris, and I got an awesome prenatal massage and a pedicure! Our 3rd will be in October so I'm thinking LO might be old enough to stay with Grandma overnight. We might need to take a quick overnight to Natchez!

April fools is our anniversary for when we first started dating, we celebrated 7 years together by buying new underwear, (and not the fun kind, lol) our wedding anniversary is this summer and I'm not sure where we will be, but probably just dinner and a movie.

Our anniversary is only a few days before my birthday. Most years, we go out to eat (sometimes for both days, sometimes just once) and exchange a small gift. I try to limit it to $50 each, but DH has a habit of spending way past that. Then again, so have I.

Last year (our 5th year anniversary), we went to Tucson. While there, we had dinner at the place where we had our first date. Then we went to the place where we had our first kiss, and kissed.

Our second anniversary is August 21st. I'll be back in Chicago with my sister helping her with her new baby, so I'm planning on us just going to dinner where we had our first date.

Our first anniversary we went to Tennessee and rented a cabin for the weekend. Our second anniversary I was pregnant so we just went to dinner. I'm not sure what we'll do this year.

We just had our 7th anniversary and we went out for a nice dinner. My mom "made us" go out, and watched DD. It was nice to be a couple again

Our 4th anniversary is in July. We've been on weekend camping trips for our past 3 anniversaries, I would like to go to San Diego this year to go to the zoo and Sea World. Not quite ready to try tent camping with K just yet.

my brother and sister in law tent camped with my niece when she was 4 months old last year. She did that with a five and four year old boys. She just brought a pac n play since they didn't hike and they really enjoyed it. So it is doable.
