I'm curious how everyone's results are so far now that it's half over. I did day one with everyone on the 1st, but had not had my 6 week check up and been cleared for exercise, so I decided to wait and start it later. I need some inspiration
I did day one yesterday. I hadn't had my six week checkup yet either when all the ladies here started, but after all the talk about it here and my sister starting it (she's also a Feb mama, just not on the board) I figured why not?
It was hard, and I hurt today, but not as much as I wanted to, so I will do it again today at naptime and try harder.
One problem I did have was with all the jumping. I kept peeing my pants and learned quickly to keep my legs closed when doing the jumping jacks
I quit after 4 days. I lost 6 pounds but my supply dropped. It just wasn't right for me at this time I guess. Good luck to everyone who's still doing it!

I am still doing it, mixing it up with going to the gym. On days I am to exhausted to load up DD and go to the gym either before or after work I do the shred, since it is shorter I convince myself it is an easier workout, even though once I start I know it isnt!
I cant do the same thing over and over and over.....makes me crazy. I started with everyone and quit 3 days in, I restarted gym and shred this week, so far I have worked out everyday this week. I did stick with the diet since the 1st and I have lost 3 pounds....not much but enough to keep me going!

I still have not gotten on that but have every intention of doing it "soon". I have found that when he is crabby I put on the zumba wii game and do one of their workouts while holding him. I can't swing my arms or do the jumping. however I think the modified version plus holding an 11 lb baby counts as some form of work out.
Just started level 3 last night and HOLY GOD! Toughest yet. I did not take measurements nor do I weigh myself, but I can definitely tell I have lost weight because of my clothes and totally see I have toned up. The only problem is I had a c-section, so although I have lost inches in my love handles, my actual abs are no existent underneath my layer of jell-o jigglers.
I started but developed mastitis on day 2 so I took a sort rest. Then did it daily for about 7 days and now I do level 2. I have fallen off of the wagon slightly but in all have lost 3 lbs. It's a start!
Man... If Jillian could hear the names I call her.......
