Any experience?

So I took my 2yr old ( born at 35 wks) DS into the doctor due to pain he has been having in legs,arms,and head, Ped thinks that it is Rheumatoid Arthritis. He is going to call me tomorrow and let me now what I am supposed to do. Sounds like probably going to be send us to Rheumatologist. I am really worried about it! Has anyone had experience with this? What should I expect?

I just feel like more little man can't catch a break. He was born early. Then after was released from NICU after 2 and half weeks. He was admitted back to hospital after week do to high fever. Then a week after that had horrible bleeding in stool due to milk allergy. Then at cple months old was diagnosed with asthma. Then has struggled with health illness like RSV ect. Then diagnosed with reflux. He has always been sickly ever since he was born. NOW this........ I am just feeling so overwhelmed right now. He is getting on so many medications. I just want him to be able to catch a break. I am his mommy and I don't feel like I can do anything for him to take it away.I feel so helpless. :(

    Aww, poor li'l man... I'm so sorry you're going through this with him. I don't have advice but wanted to send some hugs!

    I am so sorry that you are dealing with all of this.  I've never had experience with rheumatoid arthritis.  Thank goodness you took him to get looked at and didn't just write it off as growing pains.
