DD is almost 8 months. We started sleep training a couple weeks ago & it'd going very well for both night time and naps. But now that she spends more time in her crib the bumpers have become an issue.
We have the breathable bumpers. But this morning while I was snoozing till the late hour of 6am (DD was up a 5:30 but just playing in her crib & chattering to herself), I noticed DD on the video monitor playing with the bumper and untie the tie in the middle front slat and promptly put it in her mouth.
That was the end of snoozing and the bumpers. I took them out this morning. My mom is watching her today & said she only got a 45 minute nap because her legs kept getting stuck in the slats!
Is anyone still using bumpers? Does anyone think I should have kept them on and just tied them tighter?
TIA!
