I need some reassurance... I'm 6w today and besides a little breast tenderness I have no symptoms. I took a stimulant for adult ADD, but stopped it as soon as I got the positive home test (even though my OB told me I didn't need to a my PAP last year) I'm just psyching myself out because I don't "feel" pregnant. Anyone else feel this way???
Re: Help!! 6w and no symptoms
I am exactly 6 weeks today too and my only symptoms are tender breasts, fatigue, and cramping.
I'm trying not to worry, but it is hard.

This is exactly how I felt!!! Lack of symptoms made me feel as though I wasn't preggers. My boobs didn't hurt and i did t need to pee any more than usual. Then somewhere during my 6th week the nausea started. Nausea for me feels like I am car sick. And now I'm always eating every hour or so because if I don't then I feel horrible.
I am the same way... 5w and the only "symptoms" I have are breast tenderness, which just started, and some fatigue. Occasionally, I have mild cramping but it's pretty infrequent. With my DS I had a fairly easy pregnancy too although I did feel nauseous. It's easy to worry when you don't "feel" pregnant, but I think we should enjoy this time to the fullest and count our blessings!
Congrats, and H&H 9 mos!!
I am pretty much in the same boat as you (except I'm 7 weeks now).
My breasts are very sore and I have "pregnancy bloat" (my pants are already fitting tighter, probably thanks to my growing uterus (which apparently at week 7 has doubled in size!)
But other than that I haven't had any of the fatigue, nausea, food aversion, etc that some women get. Most of the time I feel just normal.
I've read that some women wish for morning sickness because it helps confirm the pregnancy because you then "feel" pregnant, however my best friend is 4 weeks ahead of me and started getting morning sickness at all hours of the day and night. At one point she had to pull over on a busy road and vomit on the side. That made me very happy to not have morning sickness.
Hang in there- you're probably just one of the lucky ones!
