More bleeding =(

I had posted a week ago that I had bleeding/a blood clot. As the week progressed, it seemed like the bleeding had subsided. At 4am this morning I woke up to more bleeding and passed what seemed like a blood clot but much denser, like liver/muscle. I know it wasn't my baby, but I don't know if it was finally the clot working its way out or something more serious. I am going for an ultrasound this afternoon. I'm not in any discomfort, no cramping, nothing.
I'm scared but trying to stay positive.
Severe endo & fibroids, IVF #1 BFP with twins, Gabriel Mark (5/20/12) & Zachary David (5/24/12)- said goodbye to my two angels at 17 weeks due to pprom.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

After more than 2 years of fertility treatments, FET did the trick!
