Let's share some cute things from today, since we shared the "bad" things we did yesterday.
We are using cloth diapers to help aid with potty training, so DD has been talking a lot about the different kinds of diapers. I just changed her from a poopy disposable Target diaper. While I was wiping she says "the polka dot diape got poopy all over me!" Hunny, I don't think the diaper did that to you!
Re: What cute thing did you LO say/do today?
We had told Conor that we were going to the family lake house (1.5 hours away) for the weekend. He suggested we take our car to get there rather then the stroller because the stroller is slow. The car is fast. Then when we were driving there on Saturday he pointed out how much faster the car is vs. the stroller. I'm usually the one pushing the stroller so I take it he thinks I'm a slow walker.
Over Eater weekend my grandma (Conor's great-grandma aka "GG") was visiting. He noticed that she had her cross necklace around her neck and said, "Oh, you have a church on you, GG!"

My LO sat in her Bumbo seat for the first time today! She liked it!
We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And HOPE does not dissappoint.

Andrew has learned a new trick - how to run back and forth on the couch and dive into the cushions. He thinks it is hilarious. He's pretty darn cute cracking up over it, but his balance isn't very good, and I know it is going to end badly. He doesn't care.
Nicholas was playing in the little play area at the Dentist today. A little girl comes and plays too. I hear this:
Girl: How old are you?
N: I'm Free (three)
G- 5?
N: No Free.
Girl: 7?
N: No Free!
Girl: 11?
N: No I Free!
Girl: Ohhhh
Later today- he was sitting on the bookcase thing that has a few toys on it. he's not supposed to sit on it, but whatever. I tell him to get down and he says "No Mommy, don't reach me" Which translates to "You can't get me" in his language.
"Thank you for the long vacation!" We went to DC for spring break recently and every now and then he'll thank us for it again.
Which is nicer than yesterday when I gave him a water bottle after I had taken a sip and he screamed, "No! It has Mommy Mouth!" Soooo, I guess we're done sharing drinks?
Eliza has started to say, "excuse me" when she wants to talk. She doesn't understand that she needs to wait to be acknowledged though!
She was also pretending to talk on the phone today & said, "hi, Eliza Caroline OurlastName". We need to paint these walls & do this carpet" lol!! I thin k someone has seen one too many houses with us lately!
