  My RE would only allow 2 (max 3) during IUI so he kept the meds low and fast. I always made 2.

  My RE's max was 3 as well. My first 4 IUI cycles I had one, and my last cycle I had 2.

  After 5 TI Clomid cycles, 5 IUIs, and 2 IVFs we finally got our BFP!
  Beta#1 (12dp3dt)= 353, Beta#2 (15dp3dt)= 1466, Beta#3 (22dp3dt)= 14,139, First u/s: TWINS!!
  After 10 weeks of bedrest, our two little ladies joined us at 28w6d

  IVF # 2 (November 2012) = BFP (MIssed MC D&C @ 8w3d on 1/10/13)

  IVF # 3 (June 2013) = BFN 

  IVF # 4 (September 2013) = BFP Fraternal twin boys! (Loss at 21w6d due to IC on 1/26/14...devastated.)

  3/21/14--TAC (transabdominal cerclage) w/Dr. Davis in NJ

  IVF # 5 (May 2014) = BFN

  I would always produce 3-6.  Due to my AMA my RE was always ok with whatever number my body produced.  Unfortunately they ALL failed.

  I had 1 my first cycle, and between 2-4 my past 3 cycles. No success yet, but since I have an issue that impacts egg quality I always want at least 2. GL!

  Dh:34, no issues.  Me:31, Endo, slightly hypothyroid, deformed ovary, paracentric inversion.
  4 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone +TI cycles= all BFN
  Lap in 2012 to remove large unresolving cyst discovered endo and double lobed ovary.
   6 Gonal-F, Cetrotide, HcG, Crinone IUI cycles= All BFN,
  1st IVF w/ICSI- June '13 Antagonist: Gonal-F, Menopur, Ganirelix, HcG, Estradiol, Crinone= 7 retrieved, 4 mature, 1 unfertilized, 2 abnormally fertilized, 1 normally fertilized.  2DT of only embryo and our miracle BFP.
  Our beloved baby boy was born sleeping Oct. 13, 2013 due to pROM/IC/Uterine infection.
  2nd IVF w/ICSI- Feb. '14 EPP/lupron/antagonist: Estrace, lupron, HGH, Gonal-F, Menopur, HcG, PIO, lovenox, doxy/dex.=21 retrieved, 16 mature, 15 fertilized!!  5dt of 1 blast/ 6 frozen.   I only did one injectable IUI cycle. I had 2 follicles. I had more on all of my Clomid cycles (3-5 on those).

  Egg Donor 4 Times! Stopped BCP December 2009 3 rounds clomid unmonitored through OB = BFN IUI #1 200mg Clomid (IUI) - BFN IUI #2 200mg Clomid (IUI) - Chemical IUI #3 Cancelled (IUI) - Overstimulated Follistim Round #1 (TI) - BFN Follistim Round #2 (TI) 125iu's day 3-11, high estradiol CD7, CD9 u/s shows lots of follicles doing nothing, adding Repronex and lowering Follistim dose starting CD9. Repronex for 4 days. Trigger Shot pm of CD 12; BFP 9 dpo! Beta 8/21: 48!! Beta 8/23: 113 Progesterone=39 First U/S 9-10 at 6 weeks 4 days = Identical TWINS!!!! Baby A & Baby B measuring 6 weeks 2 days HB of 126 & 132 SO excited and NOT EXPECTED!!!!

  MAY 2011 - FEB 2012 - 3 injectable IUI's with numerous cancellations due to high TSH levels
  MAY 2012 - onto IVF/ICSI (Antagonist Protocol) on BCP and Folgard (3 week delay - cyst - boooo) 5/21 start stims 5/30 ER 11R 8M 3F 6/2 3DT of 3 6/12 Beta #1 83 | 6/14 Beta #2 196 | 6/21 Beta #3 3818 | 6/28 Beta #4 22,213 | 7/2 1st U/S - 2 on board! 8/24 CVS reveals that we have a boy AND a girl on board!

  With injectibles I usually had 2.  On my last one I had 3 but considering I had ten failed IUI's before that, they were okay with 3.  With clomid I actually produced more follicles and was cancelled because of over stimming.

  Lots of them (at least around here) wil allow more than 3. My friend just had three each side! Probably not a lot more than three but 4-5 I hear all the time at my clinic and thru friends... Good luck everyone!!!!

  My first two I had only one, we slightly increased my meds trying for two and ended up with 14!  We then converted to IVF.
