Do you feed your baby while they are in a car seat or strapped into something? I used to do this all the time with kids I watched, but now I'm rethinking it. DD has reflux and often chokes while eating, so I almost never feed her in her seat. I'm just curios where other people stand on this topic.

My LO is very gassy and also chokes while feeding - whether on the breast or bottle - so I shudder to think how gassy she would be after a feed in a moving car or at that angle!
