Baby Showers

baby shower help needed!

My brother and sister-in-law found out that they're having twin boys in September. Her family is hosting a baby shower for her in June but she's like the 4th one on her side having a kid and the first for mine. My sister and I really want to throw her another one but we have NO idea what to do. We don't want to play the traditional baby games that she's sure to do the week before. Both of us are single and we want the party to be fun and unique.

Any help would be SOOO appreciated! Thanks!

  • Have you thought about maybe doing a Co-ed bbq type party?  It would be more laid back and you wouldn't have to play the traditional baby games.

THIS.  Since it's the "first" on your side and it being your brothers... I think a co-ed bbq would be perfect.

  • I like the idea of a co-ed party too!  Plus its great to see guys play traditional shower games, since it is such a novelty for them!!!

Otherwise a fun Spa party where instead of games everyone gets a peIdicure or manicure, and favours are spa-related items.  This way you are focusing on the soon to be mom as much as the coming baby.
