I've been having groin pain for awhile now, but it was no big deal, just another of those fun things they don't tell you about pregnancy, and it wasn't very bad. Last night I started having difficulty getting around. Going up and downstairs is very painful, as is just putting on my pants (had to sit down to get them on this morning.) I live in a townhouse, and I've been mostly finding excuses to stay on the main floor today. Anyone got any suggestions on how to ease the stupid ligament pain or at least keep it from getting so bad? I feel like I've been kicked or done a ton of exercising.
