Recommend a gift for my newborn nephew

My SIL and BIL are due any day now. I still haven't decided what to get the baby when he is born. I don't know his name yet, so if it is something monogrammed, I will have to wait until he is born, which is fine. 

I am racking my brain trying to think of things DS got, but it was mostly clothes. I did get some nice picture frames. Can anyone recommend something good and thoughtful!? I am so lost on this one! 

Oh, and I would like to spend around $40 or $50 (since I spent $400 on the shower gift).

    I loved our baby (and then toddler) towels with the kids names on them.   
    Brought to you by IVF, ICSI, limited fert, and oocyte cryopreservation.
    Because we're fancy like that.
