Anyone have worse Pre-E with 2nd or more pregnancies?

I was a severe pre-e with my son, started around 34 weeks, slowly progressed, was finally diagnosed severe at 39 weeks. Wondering if any of you had it start sooner or was worse the second time? I know it generally starts later with subsequent pregnancies (or not at all).
Just wondering about your stories. Thanks!

I had it with my very first pregnancy and not with any of my others. My blood pressures been high with this pregnancy on and off but they said all my labs came back good so no pre e yet. I had high blood pressure long before I got pregnant though but it was under control with med's. So here's hoping and praying I don't get it!!!

Yes, with my 1st pregnancy I developed it at 33 weeks but was able to hold off delivering until 37 weeks. Baby was healthy just small. I was told my chances of getting it again were slim.
Second pregnancy, without warning I was fine at 31 weeks and had full blown pre-e at 32 weeks with elevated BP, max amount of protein in urine and kidney were starting to be affected. Had baby at 33 weeks and she was in the NICU for a month.
I was told it was a major risk to get pregnant again. So DH and I decided we were done. Then low and behold I found out in October I was pregnant with our 3rd. Doctor has me doing a few diff things this time. Im 32 weeks now with elevated BP but no other signs yet. Just trying to get to 37 weeks.
I consulted 2 diff OB's at the beginning of this pregnancy and each told me something diff. The first said it would be a miracle to get it 3 times. The other OB told me that its just what my body does during pregnancy and to get ready to have it again. Im waiting to see who is right....
With my 1st son I was diagnosed at 29 weeks and delivered at 30. I was told that we would have between 50-60% chance of it happening again because we were so early. I have been told that the closer you are to term the odds of getting it again go down. With this pregnancy I have had very little complications which was very different than my 1st at this point. We are only being seen by my obgyn but have been going every 2 weeks since 22 weeks and start going weekly at 28weeks. I have a NICU friend who also delivered at 30 weeks and she just had her 2nd boy at 37 weeks. I'm holing onto hope that it can happen for us too!
