    Handgun only. I started out on rifles when I was 7, but never mastered it as well as a handgun once I went to that. I gave up competitions after high school (distracted by life) but I practice often for fun. The woman in the articles is shooting airsoft rifles which is safer in pregnancy. I haven't gone to target practice since before my IVF because of the lead, noise and fluid shock.
