I am about 9 weeks now and I find myself constantly hungry and eating all of the time! I have already gained about 5 lbs and am starting to have a little bump, which may or may not just be a little extra fat at this point due to my constant eating. Pre-pregnancy I was a size 2/4. I can still fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans but at this point if I button them, I just look fat so I've started using the bellaband this week. My breasts also went from a solid C cup to now filling out a D cup! I'll admit I am enjoying getting to eat more these days, but definitely don't want to gain too much by putting too much on in the first trimester! Anyone else experiencing the opposite of nausea and morning sickness?!
Re: Nauseated?! Not me! Instead...hungry and constantly eating...
I'm in your exact same boat--no m/s just raging hunger and it sounds like we're around the same size. I've also gained about 5 pounds--I think partially because I went from training for and running a 1/2 marathon to hardly any exercise for 2 months. I have a bump too, a lot of which I think is bloat since it seems to expand and decrease from morning to night.
I have tried to cut back on carbs and replace those calories with protein. I was eating a lot of comfort foods just because I thought "I'm pregnant, why not?", but I can't keep gaining at this rate! I eat 3 filling meals and snack, but I haven't gained any weight in the past week. I eat a lot of nuts, yogurt, string cheese, protein shakes and fruits or vegetables between meals, and it keeps that feeling of OH MY GOD STARVING at bay

Actually we do sound VERY similar! I am a runner too and I was training for another half marathon (was going to be #8) when I found out I was pregnant. My OB said I could still run the half if I wanted to, but decided since it was going to be during my first trimester to just not risk it and just stick to 4-5 mile runs 3-4 times/week. However, I have been slacking on the running in the last couple weeks and I have also been eating foods I normally would have banned from my diet (like a McDonald's egg & cheese breakfast sandwich) b/c of the same "I'm pregnant, why not" idea, LOL! Probs not the best strategy and I'm sure also contributing to my early weight gain/tiny bump
By the way, do you have a good sports bra recommendations for running? My usual Nike ones are not quite cutting it these days! Need way more support!
Ah, that is our difference--I'm still flat as a board! A slightly, teensy bit curvier board, but still...
I do really like this sports bra: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002T1FT6I/ref=oh_o06_s00_i00_details
It's got clasps in the back like a normal bra and has adjustable straps, so it can expand with you, it offers a lot of coverage and a ton of support.
I had to give up exercise while I was going through IVF and couldn't believe how much I missed running. I just finally started to feel comfortable trying to get back out there again last week, and it's awful how quickly I've fallen out of shape. I'm starting with running and walking, but it's just not the same. I know I have to put the babies first, but it's frustrating to go from in-shape to a blob so quickly!

Thanks for the suggestion on the sports bra! And congrats on twins
My nausea is dying down, and now I'm back to being starving constantly. I was really laying on the carbs while I was nauseous, too.
I second the protein. It doesn't help with the bloating but I found club soda helps me feel fuller for a bit.
I'm also starting to get back into working out again. It's amazing how fast you lose it... I'm thinking about joining a pool to swim some laps. I'm also rowing on an ergometer and doing my ususal pilates.
