  • Josie--Like but only as a nn for Josephine.

    Mia--Like

    Lila--Like

Zoe--It's okay but sounds a little cutesy to me.

    Summer--It's okay.

Gracie--Like as a nn for Grace/Graciela etc.  It's too cutesy to stand on it's own.

Jenna--dislike.  There's something about it that takes me back to the 80s.

Hope--dislike.  I'm not really a fan of virtue type names.

Kaylie--dislike strongly.  It's too young sounding and is just another one of the K names that I'm completely over.

Kendall--dislike.  It makes me think of Kindles or Ken dolls.

  • Josie: dislike...reminds me of 19 Kids and Counting Ick!

Mia: dislike more than like. I'm indifferent. It kind of bores me.

    Lila (lie-luh): dislike. Boring.

    Zoe (zo-ee): dislike. Just NMS.

    Summer: dislike. Too trendy

Gracie: definitely dislike! Grace is bad enough, Gracie is just horrid.

    Jenna: dislike. Too 80's.

Hope: highly dislike. It's like the horror of Grace, gone worse.

Kaylie: dislike. The girl will not be a child forever.

Kendall: dislike. It's too masculine for a girl. It reminds me of "Ken doll".

Josie - Like only as a nn. Prefer Josephine as the full name.

Mia - Like, but according to the SSA list, it's immensely popular. Also, it sounds a pit like a nn or "pet name" for grandmother (well, in my family that's what it is - grandkids call one particular grandma, "Mia")

Lila (lie-luh) - Like. Just sounds pretty, and is perhaps a smidge less popular than Lily.

Zoe (zo-ee) - Like but would never use as it sounds little girlish to me.

Summer - Like. But I tend to like nature-y names.

Gracie - Don't like. It's a nn, not a full name. Prefer Grace.

Jenna - Like, but will never love. It seems like it's lacking something.

Hope - Pretty virtue name. Like.

Kaylie - Sorry, no. Sounds like the child will forever be a toddler. :( Kayla is better, but still seems cute. Calla is really pretty and has more longevity in my opinion.

  • Josie- Love as a NN for Josephine.  Cute on it's own too, but more of a NN feel to me.

Mia- Like a lot. Reminds me of Mia Hamm and she's pretty awesome.

Lila (lie-luh)- LOVE.  My favorite name is Lily and this has the same feel.

Zoe (zo-ee)- Like your pronunciation but heard it mispronounced too many times.

    Summer- Dislike.  Bad association.

Gracie- Like Grace better and Gracie as a NN when younger.

Jenna- okay.  Just kinda plain to me.

Hope- Love as a MN better than a FN.

Kaylie- okay.  So many Kaylie, Kylie, Karlie names out there for me to be excited about any of them.

Kendall- better than Kaylie, far from the top of this list though.

  • Josie - dislike. Too cutesy, and I've known a lot of dogs named Josie. And my mom says it weird, which drives me nuts.

Mia - dislike. A lot of people like this name, but I think it sounds trashy.

    Lila - like

Zoe - hate. one of my least favorite names ever. WAY too cutesy and it's a Sesame Street character

Summer - pretty. I like it. I wouldn't use it, but I like it,

Gracie - dislike. If you made it just Grace, I would really like it

Jenna - dislike. Dated. And the name of a porn star; that's the first thing I think of.

    Hope - dislike. Trashy

    Kaylie - dislike. Too cutesy.

Kendall - eh. It's ok. I can't commit to either dislike or like

Josie- LOVE (see siggy) but prefer it for Josephine. I do think it can standalone

Mia- it's what LO calls her grandma so that's all I can think of.

Lila (lie-luh)- It's just OK, nothing special.

Zoe (zo-ee)- Another just OK name.

    Summer- dated to the 80's

    Gracie- meh

Jenna- I really love Jenna actually, and she'd be the only one in her class.

Hope- See siggy again, it was my grandma's MN which is why we used it. I normally don't like virtue names.

    Kaylie- Teen Mom-ish

Kendall- it's cute, NMS but not bad at all.

  • The only ones I like are Mia and Lila.

And Kendall....sort of. I would like Grace (best) instead of Gracie.

I don't like the rest because....

I think Josie is an unattractive name, Summer, Jenna and Hope are dated, and Kaylie is just awful.

Put beside each name whether you like it or dislike it and put why you like or dislike it beside the name

Josie-  I do like it, but only as a nn for Josephina, not as a stand alone name.

Mia- I can't put a finger on why, but it's just nms.

Lila (lie-luh)- I know a few dogs and cats with this name, so I wouldn't be able to use it for my own child.

Zoe (zo-ee)- Again, I'm not really sure why, but it's nms. I think it might just sound ditzy to me.

Summer- I knew a girl named Summer. Her stripper name was Crystal and I couldn't figure out why she even needed a stage name. For that reason, I'm not a fan.

Gracie- I like it as a nn for Grace, which is such a pretty name.

Jenna- I don't dislike it, it's just nms.

Hope- I don't dislike it, it's just nms.

Kaylie- I just doesn't do anything for me.

Kendall- Like pp, it reminds me of ken doll, plus I know a couple little boys with this name and a really annoying teenager, so I personally won't be able to use it.

I think they are all nice names, but I don't think any of them are my style.
