So last Saturday I did my first ever 10 mile run. OMG was I so sore later that night!
I have completed 6, 7, 8, 9 miles in my training. Today I did an 8 mile and am literally not sore. I feel like I did yesterday after running 4. I guess I am getting in better shape!

Good for you! I am almost 9wks PP and can't wait to get back into running shape again! (C-section..have yet to find time to work out since my doc cleared me for exercise). I was way out of shape before I got pg so it going to be a long road ahead..but my goal is another half in Jan!
Even though I've only run one half, I've been a runner since I was little (I did my first kids 1K when I was like 3 LOL). My grandma has done almost 30 marathons and she always told me that once you get past 8, everything is easy (for a half, she says the bench mark is 15 for the full I think). So you made it to 10! Everything is a piece of cake from here!
Remember to do a really good stretch session after each time you run. It prevents injury. Congrats!!
