  We read the Dr. Sears book and will be following his schedule. We also watched the documentary "The Greater Good" which inspired us to do more research. We will be vaccinating, but will be following the alternate schedule.

  Dr. Tenpenny is a quack so don't waste your time. Every single thing she espouses as truth has been debunked by the medical community so I'm not real sure why you think you need to read stuff that's factually inaccurate.
  

  There are literally zero "other sides" to this issue unless you or your child have some medical issue that should preclude you from getting them.

  We aren't on the "no-vaccine" train either...

  I read the Sears book to get the vaccine shot info on ingredients, preservatives, makers, etc... and generally educated ourselves reading online research and reports and talking with our Ped. But the Sear's alt schedule isn't based on any real research either as far as I know, and I wasn't comfortable with it.

  We tend to vaccinate on time within the suggested target windows, spacing them so we are only getting 1-2 shots per visit. I did decline rotovirus, delayed Hep A until 2yo, and delayed Hep B. I like knowing which shots she had stronger reactions too, and which where a breeze, as well as tracking makers in case of any future problems with a vaccine (which have been known to arise from time to time). We did have some early seizures which made me more cautious, which were unrelated to vaccination.

  For DS, we read the Sears book and followed the alternative schedule.  I appreciated being able to spread out the vacines so that he only had at most 2 at a time.  As well, delaying some of the vacines (such as Hep until he would actually need or be at risk for them.  I highly recommend the book.
