Another miscarriage scare

So I started spotting friday afternoon which turned into moderate red blood by Friday evening. My doctor told me to go into the ER where it turns out my levels were still good. Went to ultrasound and saw the beautiful flicker of my baby's heartbeat. Everything measured right in line with when I thought I ovulated according to my chart, which puts my due date at Dec 6 instead of 3. 

The whole evening was such an exact repeat of my first miscarriage, I was a wreck. At my first miscarriage I went into ultrasound and nothing was even seen at that point. So I am super relieved but extremely nervous now!

The doctor said he could see two small spots in my uterus where my bleeding is coming from and called it implantation bleeding still. I am to stay off my feet to allow it to clot on is own.

I was feeling so good about this pregnancy, and still kind of am, but now I am consumed in fear.  Please keep us in your T&P.

    T&P to you and your family! I know how you feel on the m/c part. I am super nervous that the same thing that happened last time is going to happen again this time. Think positive!

    I'm so sorry for your scare yesterday.  I had a similar experience with my first m/c, and can only imagine how scary it must be to go through the same thing twice.  

    So glad you were able to see LO and the hb.  That is a great sign.  Sending lots of Ts, Ps and sticky dust your way!

    So sorry you had to go through that, but glad your u/s turned out ok!

    Sounds like your bleed is more likely SCH (subchorionic hematoma), which is not necessarily harmful but can cause scares from time to time.  I would call your OBGYN on Monday and insist on a follow-up appointment (with u/s) with her.  GL!

    Praying for you and your baby! I had the same thing happen to me when I was 6 weeks and 5 days with my Daughter and they put me on bed rest. Everything turned out fine with us. Hoping the same with you. ((HUGS))

    Bleeding scares are never fun. I'm glad you and your baby are doing okay! FX that it stays that way.

    Thanks, everyone for the support, it really helps me stay positive. Since we haven't told anyone yet, there is no one except DH to talk to and while he's great it's nice to talk to other women. It's gone back to being very light brown spotting, so FX that it was just a one time thing in a healthy pregnancy.
