So I think I am adding this to the required dress code at work

So I work in a call center that has a super relaxed dress code (jeans/shorts and t-shirts etc)  however for 3 years I have been trying to get my female employees to frickin wear shirts that cover up their butts/muffin tops when they sit down.  As I walk our call center floor on any given day it's like I have 30 plumbers running around with cracks a'showin'.

So I've decided I'm making this a part of our welcome gift to all new hires.  So what do you think, can I get the company to expense that as a necessary part of the business environment?  :)

  • OMG that's so funny! Most retail stores should invest in them in their welcome bags too! Nothing grosses me out more than asking a sales associate for help and seeing thong/buttcrack/etc. in the back when they wear and apron to cover the front! No please seriously, I got it! Lol!!

  • That is a fabulous plan lol! I want some for me. I have such a long torso that almost  all shirts end up short.

  • Teachers need them too. I bend down/sit on the floor etc all the time. It seems like no matter what pants I wear I have this problem. We're always talking about it and some people do keep wearing their bella bands post pregnancy for this very purpose.

  • Yep, agreed...I saw commercial for these and I actually want some. I teach preschool and I my hips are very wide compared to my waist, so gapping is a huge issue for me.......especially when sitting on the floor, bending, squating, etc.
