At my son's 3 yr. party we had a tattoo station... it was fun and they loved it! Cheap and easy.
We also had a power wheels race, if some other family have a power wheels that helps. We had three total and kids doubled up. We held birthday ribbon paper for the finish line so they could break through it. And I gave out gold metals that came in a pack of 20 to all the kids.

The classics are the best, Pinatas, Pin the "whatever" on the "whatever", Hot Potato, Musical Chairs, any kind of race(gunny sack, egg balance, etc...).

ooooooooooooh, you just gave me an idea w/ the pin the ____ on the _____. I'm going to check out costco for making a poster size pic of my dd, then the kids can decorate a "party hat". We'll play stick the party hat on Sadie! :-)
