CS court date!!!

So after almost a year of filing diffrent forms and waiting for the state to find my son's father(even after I gave them numerous addresses and phone numbers), I finally have a court date for child support!!!! Im so freaking happy.  Now I'm just waiting for the messages to start from the BD. The funny part is the state is also taking him to court for medical insurance. I wonder what stupid excuses he will come up with.

 Do any of you ladies know what I should expect to happen?  I'm so happy right now!!!!

    Congrats!  its a good feeling when things finally start moving!  i just went through this last week and the first CS payment was suppsoed to be due today.   well see what happens!  hope it goes smoothly and quickly for you since you have been waiting so long!
