Only you ladies would understand. I got the avent double electric from my SIL. It's a closed system, and she barely even used it. I am currently fighting the urge to try it out! I dont want to go into early labor, but I'm eager to know what it feels like... I'm strange, I know. :)

    I had a friend try to get herself to go into labor by pumping for 3 days and it did not work! So I would not be too worried if you were just going to try it.. but I would wait till at least 39 weeks (i don't know how far you are) just in case!!! haha

     

    I am still trying to decided what one I want, so i have a handheld one that I will use until I know if I will be able to EBF or not!

    I also got the Avent double electric pump system. I really wanted to try it out, but I haven't yet! Maybe in a few weeks :)

    That's the pump I'm planning on getting too!  Fight the urge to try it... for now :)

    It takes hours of pumping to induce labor if you tried it for a few minutes you'd be fine.  Although how it feels now is not the same as how it will feel once your milk comes in.
