If you're having an NT scan, when are you scheduled to have it and how far along will you be?
Mine is a week from tomorrow and I will be 11w5d and I can't wait! I've had 2 u/s so far and I'm praying everything goes great next week and I can almost taste 2nd tri now!
Also - fun fact, I read in another board that someone found out an 80% guess on their baby's gender! I can't believe I might be able to get a strong guess next week possibly. So exciting.

Re: When are you having your NT scan?
Curious to see if there is anyone not doing the scan? DH and I have decided not to.
BFP - 3/3/12 EDD & Birthdate - 11/10/12
BFP - 2/27/14 EDD - 12/3/14 MC at 11 weeks
BFP - 9/28/14 EDD - 6/8/15
Mine is on 4/18, I will be 11w6d.
I've seen a lot of women get gender guesses at their NT scan, but I've also seen a lot of those guesses be wrong!
Me = lean PCOS;DH = poor morphology (3%)
3 IUI/TI cycles = BFN
IVF #1 with ICSI: antagonist protocol = BFFN
IVF #2 with ICSI : Lupron downregulation = BFFN...FML
IVF #3 with ICSI and AH (Antagonist) = IT'S A BOY!!!!
Mine is 4/24 so I'll be 11 weeks 4 days.
My friend was 12 weeks and a few days at hers and they told her she was likely having a boy, which was just confirmed at her anatomy scan a few weeks ago. So it's possible.
DH and I have decided against it as well. It wouldn't change our minds as to carrying to term and we are very low risk.
We also opted not to do it.
"A new baby is like the beginning of all things--wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities."
Tuesday, April 18th, I will be 12w1d. I can't wait. I've also had 2 us already, and the scan won't change my mind on anything regarding the birth, but because I'm close to "AMA" I figure it can't hurt to be more prepared if the odds aren't what I'm hoping they'll be.
Same here!
We have decided not to do the scan either. I know too many people that have gotten false positives. Not knocking anyone who does it, but I couldn't deal with that stress for months until I found out the facts.
5/10 and I'll be 12 weeks exactly.
We aren't having the whole deal, just the second part I believe? I was originally against it, but if spina bifida is detected, they can do surgery pre-birth and the baby's chances are greatly improved, so we are pretty much only screening for that.
Baby #3 is on the way! EDD 3/8/15

~*~*Everyone Welcome*~*~
We decided not to do it as well.
I have not done it for any of mine.
No NT scan for us
My insurance only covers a very limited amount of testing and since a bad result would not change anything about my course of action, I figured might as well not waste a testing and save it for anything that may be needed.
