Goals For Today/This weekend

Good morning! I hope everyone's day is off to a good start. I had a nice relaxing day with my mom yesterday and am ready to get back to business today. My goals for today are to get to the gym, eat healthy, avoid caffeine and alcohol, and to clean my house. My goals for the weekend are to keep up the healthy lifestyle choices listed above and to get in at least one 30 minute or longer workout. What are your goals for the today and this weekend?   • Good morning!  Sounds like a good day yesterday.

    My main goal for today is to finish my taxes.  I have put them off long enough.  Also, I would like to vacuum my floors and make dinner and go grocery shopping.  I am hoping to find the motivation to fit in a workout as well, and drink plenty of water.

    I am working all weekend, so I won't be doing much else.  Today is my sister's 21st birthday, so I will be taking her out at some point this weekend.  She will be spending tonight at Foxwoods Casino with her friends, so whenever she recovers this weekend, we will go out to dinner.

  • Get to the Gym for atleast an hour every day (My goal is 3hrs a day but depends on my free time this weekend) and get the house cleaned and caught up on laundry.
