Just looked up the "Fertility Diet" at the library

And the computer came back with:

Did you mean: Virtually Dead?

Well, I am now, from laughing my head off!

  • That's funny!

But- I was reading a blog today and wrote down a few things she wrote about fertility- you might be interested in.

    the blog is sarahwilson.com.au

And she says eat 1 avocado a week, protein at every meal, and no soy- for women. And for men, eat figs.

That's the little amount of notes I wrote down- but she has more info about it on the blog.

  • LOL!

I read that book and it basically suggests you eat a healthy well-balanced diet. (Tons of fruits/veggies, lean meats, whole grains, moderate caffeine and alcohol) The one thing that was new to me was that it suggested to limit/eliminate low-fat dairy products and eat 1 serving of full fat dairy daily.
