Ok, I'm struggling to figure out what to serve for her birthday party. This is what I'm thinking so far.
I was thinking about maybe some fruit also? Hopefully the party will be outside and there will be about 20 people here. I'm thinking I need another appetizer type food. The party is only going to be about 2 hours as 90% of the guests are from out of town and will be going home.
Any input would be awesome.
Re: Party Food Help!
I think a fruit could be your final app- a fruit tray with dip would work or a fruit salad type thing.
Off the top of my head I can think of three other things....
A Mexican 7 layer dip(beans, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, black olives, green onions and I forget the 7th layer) with tortilla chips.
Veggie pizza( crescent rolls baked flat with a cream cheese ranch mixture over the top and covered with your choice of veggies and cheese). But it sounds like you will have plenty of other veggies.
Spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips
This looks great!
Nobody touched my green salad but gobbled up the cold pasta salad. We also had assorted sandwiches made with soft dinner rolls. Easier for the little ones to eat. The cheese plate was also pretty popular with the adult and the kiddos, as were the juice boxes and mini bottles of water.
ETA: Fruit salad went over pretty well, too.

Potato salad or bean salad?
I think your menu looks good. Mine will be similar, except I'm setting up a little sandwich bar so people can make their own to their liking.
ahh this is adorable! Stealing for my party tee hee
