Starving!!! Poor DH.

Anyone else feel guilty eating dinner without DH?   He hasn't gotten home yet and i'm about to gnaw off my own hand waiting for him.   I already tried a "snack" of leftover steamed baby carrots, but its TACO Night and my tummy is ready for the FIESTA!    

When it comes to food, this whole pregnancy thing has made me toss all manners aside - anyone else?

    This is me every night. DH doesn't get home til 7:30 and I used to always wait and eat with him but I can't anymore. So I normally cook and eat around 6 and he warms it up when he gets home. I do feel bad for him though!!

    Yup called dh to see if he was close so I could start cooking and he said he just left work. I groaned. He said to go ahead and he should be home quick. I tried to cook as slow as possible but if it's ready before he gets home, sorry dh! I'm eating without u!

    This made me crave tacos!  We live in Austin, Texas, and can easily get authentic actual Mexican tacos, but my craving is for ground beef with the prepackaged spice mix and the packaged crispy taco shells and iceberg lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese.  Maybe tomorrow night.

    DH gets home between 6:30-7:30 so I have been eating without him.  I have my lunch break at 11:20 every day and even with 2 snacks I'm usually gnawing my hand off by 5 =)   I feel bad but really, I can't imagine having dinner at 7 when my LO is old enough to have "real " food anyway.
