loss of pregnancy symptoms

Hi all I'm new on here, in the first few weeks of this pregnancy I had very sore breasts and a little nausea, but since about 7 weeks nothing!! I'm 9weeks 3 days now, I've been reading about missed miscarriage and am worried that maybe I've had one.My first appointment is on Monday. Has anybody experienced the same thing with the baby being okay??

    First u/s 4/13 showed a beating heart! Second u/s 5/2 showed a HB of 163! Let's GROW, baby!
    He's here! Kellen born 11/16/12 - 8 lbs 8 oz 22 inches long via scheduled c-section (breech baby, gestational diabetes mama)

    I haven't had much symptoms since being pregnant. The only thing for me is being super tired and hungry. With DS all I had was sore boobs and being tired. I have an appointment on Monday as well it's hard not to worry. I'm sure everything is okay with both us. Most women would consider us lucky for not having much symptoms. Try to relax and enjoy everything!

    I am 7 week and 4 days and feel different everyday. Yesterday morning I had a little dry heaving for the first time but nothing today. I also have my first appt on Monday, and I am terrified and excited all at the same time!  Saying lots of prayers for everyone!

    Oh Dr Google is my worst enemy. Symptoms have varied with me as well. Some days my boobs are so sore, and I could fall asleep instantly from exhaustion, other days are normal. Just depends on how baby wants to treat us that day =)

    my m/s kicked in HARD weeks 6-8. Last week, I didn't feel as nauseated.

    ....this morning, I threw up my breakfast...ate again...threw up again. Been green allll day.

    My symptoms went away at 7 weeks too. Yesterday was my first u/s, and everything was perfect. So, you're probably fine. :)

    Thanks you've all made me feel a little less anxious. I've been making myself so crazy. I have a 6 year old son and keep trying to think how I felt when I was pregnant with him but I just can't recall my early pregnancy. This will be my first with my new husband and we're both very excited. I just want to hear everything is great on Monday and I will feel so much better.  Thanks again to everybody it's helped a lot.

    I have been having on and off again m/s from 6 weeks and this past wednesday I went home because I was so sick.  Then yesterday and today I feel like a new person! All my symptoms are gone! I am a little worried but I know things are okay and symptoms come and go! Don't try to worry too much!
