Low carb meal plan??? Overwhelmed!

I want to find a website that will give free meal plans/advice for a low carb diet. Everything I looked at makes you sign up and pay. Is there anywhere to get free diet/food advice?

Look up Paleo diet meal plans. There are free meal plans and it is a great way to eat healthy! It cuts all the crap out you will be amazed how good you feel!

Atkins web sight is free and it will send you a book & some free snack bars. I am looking for more low carb ideas too, DH is low carbing (I guess that means that I am too, since I'm the cook, LOL) but I feel like I am really repetitive in the meals that I cook and the snacks I pack him for work.

cleaneating.com carbs arent the enemy...processed food is. This is a low carb diet but does include healthy high fiber complex carbs in your earlier meals.
