Who does your LO look like?

Because Carson totally looks like his Father. The only thing that he has from me are my brown eyes. It kinda makes me sad, sometimes-silly, isn't it? So I thought I'd do a clicky poll!

The only thing Gentry has of mine is his nose. The rest is ALL daddy. We do both have blue eyes so I guess I can claim that also

Both my kids look just like DH and they look just like each other. I have no genes at all. They even got DH's blue eyes (I have brown).

When DD was born people tried telling me "I *think* she had your lips" make me feel better. Indifferent

Clearly they look nothing like me! If I see them come out I'd wonder if they had a different mother. Wink

Everyone who knows both of us says she looks like H, but when I am with her and people don't know H (like in my Mom Group) they always say she looks just like me.

I think she looks exactly like me as a baby!

I once read that babies tend to look like their fathers so that men can't deny their children. That was obviously before DNA testing, but it does make a little sense.

If you ask MIL she will tell you he looks like me, if you ask anyone else they will tell you he looks like DH. He has my hazel eyes (so far) and he has my lips, that's it. DD is my mini me and looks exactly like I did as a baby/toddler.

I read this too. Anthropologically (hah, I sound like Bones), babies look like their fathers so that the men will be more prone to stick around and care for the offspring with the woman.

Not one person has ever said DD looks like me. I can be holding her in my arms and even have strangers come and ask if she is mine.

Most people (including myself) thinks he looks exactly like DH. More recently, though, people are saying he is starting to look like me too. I know he has my lips, but other than that I still see mostly DH.

I honestly think L is 50/50. This might be because DH and I have similar features, or maybe our genes just split right down the middle (genes? chromosomes? Idk, you get the point)

Everyone on my side who knew me as a baby say L looks just like me. Everyone that knew DH as a baby say she looks just like him. Comparing our baby photos, we definitely look similar.

But, I must brag for a moment and say that I know %100 that L has my eyes. Geeked

B looks exactly like DH but has my eyes/eyebrows and makes all of my facial expressions. So funny to see my faces on a mini-DH.

DS looks like a blend of both DH and I. However, he does look more like me in the skin color, and nose. He has his father's feet, hands, dimples, and flatulence.

Me too! I think sometimes in the light I see flashes of red, but I think that he is destined to have brown hair.

DS looks just like his dad! He has my nose, but that's about it. People are saying that he's starting to look a little more like me, but all I see is MH.

Everyone thought DD looked just like DH when she was born, but now I think she looks more like me. She has my blue eyes and my protruding ears (unfortunately, but she'll get hair eventually), but she definitely has DH's cute mouth.
