Hi everyone, The Adoption Prayer Group is a support group utilizing the power of prayer. If you want to join I will assign you a prayer buddy and all you have to do is simply include that person in your prayers. Very simple-yet powerful!!! If you have any concerns, special prayer requests, or need to reach me outside of the bump please email me at suzannesteward69@yahoo.com.

This Week?s Events:
Praise:
Zanymermaid: Her comprehensive exam seemed to go well. Please pray that she passed! Her last homestudy visit on 3/30 seemed to go well also ? please pray that they are approved soon!
Bhead81: Her pink eye is finally gone and B is on the mend!
Joe?s Sweet Pea: They brought their daughter home on March 9th!
Special Prayer Requests: Please let me know if you have any prayer requests.
Layafette Girl: Please keep her in your prayers. She is really struggling right now. The Easter holiday and seeing the children doing Easter egg hunts has made her sad. Holidays can be especially difficult for those of us who are waiting to become parents. Please pray for strength, patience, and faith for her.
Katybug_h: She and her DH are scheduled to meet a sibling group on April 21st. Please pray for patience and wisdom on their part as they are deciding whether or not they should pursue them.
Bhead 81: She was laid off from her job this week. Please pray that she will be able to find a quick replacement.
Welcome new members! Please welcome Rachel Sonnier and Marion!
Reflection for the day: ?Therefore take no thought, saying What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness: and all these things shall be added unto you.
Question of the day: If you won the mega million lottery what would you do with the money? Well, we certainly wouldn?t have to worry about adoption expenses! We would probably invest the bulk of it, give some to our families, travel, and contribute to our church, the local humane society, and the ASPCA.
Group updates: -If you have any upcoming events (appointments, birthdays, anniversaries, etc) be sure to let me know so I can post them in the events section!!

Re: Adoption Prayer Group
I love this weeks' Scripture because it is such a great reminder that the small things we tend to focus on matter very little in the grand scheme of God's plan for our lives and eternity. I really needed that reminder today, too.
QOTD: If we won loads of $$$, we would probably purchase a larger, more "forever-type" home and furnish it, put a ton in savings for 2-3 adoptions, college funds, wedding funds, and retirement, invest, donate a good chunk to our church and favorite charities, and then splurge a bit on new (normal-person) cars and wardrobes.
Thank you for that scripture. I got out of it that I need to take one day at a time. Good reminder.
Question of the day: I would buy a nice sized home for my family, pay for my brother's and sisters college funds, put away a lot of money in savings, of course have enough money to adopt about 4 kids.
. Give a lot of money to charities I do know that I want my house and my BFF's house to have the backs facing each other with a huge fenced yard linking our houses together where the kids could run and play between our houses and we would sit on our patio set in the middle and laugh with our kids.
Hope everyone is doing well.
If I had won, the first 10% would have gone to my church. I would have then paid off a few bills, bought new cars for me and DH, gave some to family, bought a house in Hilton Head Island and then invested most. Nice to think about....
