New to group and question

Hello all!!  I just found out I'm expecting my 3rd child!!!!  After 2 CC, first one labor complications and 2 baby girl was too big and Doctors were afraid of a rupture.  Should I plan my 3rd to be a c-section as well?  What are my odds for a successful VBAC??

    Congrats!!

    I just had my first baby, and after being induced and 2.5 hours of pushing I ended up with an emerg c section because the cord was wrapped around twice and she wasn't decending.  I often wonder if I could go through the same scenario if I have more kids, or whether I should just do another c-section...... I think that if I were in your shoes and both kids had birthing complications I would aim for another cesarean.  Good Luck!

    I loved my RCS and will definitely have another when #3 comes along BUT this is something only you can decide for yourself. If VBA2C is something that is important to you, you need to talk to your DH about it and look for a truely supportive healthcare provider. No ones opinion on this matters but your own and your ob/mw's. Good luck with our decision.

    This is the same for me too.  I asked about it, and they wouldn't do it.  They could refer me to an OB over an hour away who might let me try but couldn't make any promises.  So we are having a 3rd c-section.  Congrats on #3!!!!
