Pressure in lower abdomen?

I always feel some sort of tug / cramp/ ach around my abdomen / uterus. But this feels different and has been happening for a bout a week now. Its feel lke pressure across my lower abdomen. Anyone else?

    I feel a pressure down there every once in awhile and I just figured it was my uterus growing.

    Yes, me too....like a pang/pressure/ache.  Not really a cramp as I know then.  I was told it was my uterus stretching.

    I am no professional but when I asked about this kind of stuff I was told it could be any number of things...

     -> Uterus Growing

    -> Gas Buildup

    -> General Bloat

    If you are really worried I would contact your OB. I am not sure about other offices but mine has a line just for OB and they get back to you within the day on any question that you might have.
