Hello!
I am due in early September with my first. We are team green. What are your honest thoughts on the following girl names?
Emma
Brenna
Brynn
Tessa
Honest opinions welcome. MN will be Campbell (family name) last name starts with B and is a man's name.
Re: What do you think of my girls names?
Emma love it. it is becoming more popular, but that doesnt bother me.
Brenna- not a fan
Brynn- not a fan
Tessa- love love love
Emma- it's nice, but also super popular (which might not bother you at all)
Brenna- Love!
Brynn- nms
Tessa- cute, but I would prefer it as a nn to Theresa/Teresa. Or even just Tess as a fn with a nn of Tessa.
I LOVE Brynn and don't see it very often.
Emma and Brenna don't do anything for me, and Tessa is a bit of a stripper name for me, sorry.

Dislike Brenna an Brynn.
Emma too common.
LOVE TESSA!!
this exactly
Thanks for all the responses! I didn't think this would be nearly so hard!
My husband is pretty much set on Emma - but I am concerned it is too too popular. It's not trendy popular though, more classic popular so I may still be swayed...
Brenna and Brynn I recently thought of, and think are really pretty and different - but our last name starts with a B and my DH is not a fan of alliteration.
Tessa I just came up with last night and think it really pretty and different. DH is out of town so I just texted it to him and he said he already suggested that to me (I do not remember this LOL).
Everything I suggest he says, that's fine, but I like Emma better!! Thanks again! Any other input or suggestions are welcome!
I LOVE the name Brenna. It was our #1 choice for several months, too...BUT our last name also starts with a B. The "B" alliteration thing really started to bother me.
It's not necessarily a bad thing, but I just started doubting my name choice and now we're back to the drawing board.
I also really love Emma. I know it's popular, but I tend to lean more towards popular names anyway. Good luck!
Emma- Love, love, love. It's going down in popularity too, so that is a good thing
Brenna- okay but it makes me think of an old lady
Brynn- NMS but okay
Tessa- Nice, pretty name
I like Tessa as a nickname for Theresa.
Love Emma!
Not a fan of alliteration.

Tessa is adorable!
I like Emma, but I am so, deathly sick of it.
I do not like Brenna or Brynn.
I think all of your girls' names are nice, lovely, simple and feminine.
Specifically, I think....
Emma is lovely but obnoxiously overused. I'm over it. We're all over it.
Brenna is pretty, if a little boring.
Brynn is my favorite. I love this soft, simple name.
Tessa is sweet and a little spunky. It's my second favorite (though I don't like how easy it is to tease---"testicles.").
I have a niece (21) named Emma, so I really like that one.
The other ones are far too trendy for my taste. There are 2 people at work and 3 friends of mine who had babies named Tessa over the last 18 months.
Nancy James 9.1.12
Calvin Donald 8.27.14
It's sad to see so many not like Brynn. My DD is Brynn and we get compliments on it often.
That being said, because your last name starts with B, I would go with Tessa. Emma is far too popular for me.
