It's time to put ours up and I want to clean it first. Is there a way the seat cover comes off? DH thinks that the seat cover came on the seat (he can't remember), but is there a way to take it off? Also, the little butterfly or dragonfly that comes on it, is there a way to clean or wash that? My DS loved to suck on it.

Re: For those who have the rainforest jumparoo
Yes the seat comes off. If you look underneath the jumperoo you can see little plastic tabs that you can push in. If you push those in and pull on the seat, it'll pop out of the base (but not easily). Then you can unhook the seat from the pegs that attach it to the plastic portion and wash it. We've washed ours many times because he spit up on it or had a poop blow-out. I'm not sure about the dragonfly - I haven't tried to remove it, I just clean it with lysol wipes but I'm sure it probably has a similar setup.
you've never washed the cloth seat??
put your hand in the seat and in front of the frog's head and just pull up. Just pinch the yellow tabs on the dragonfly ( I think it's a bat) and pull up.
My DS still loves his jumperoo.

The cover snaps on underneath the seat. So you have to take the seat part off and then take the cover off.
The dragonfly just pulls off the jumperoo. The whole thing pulls off not just the dragonfly but the part that connects to the jumperoo
Pop off the seat ring and you can just unhook the cloth seat. I wash mine every couple weeks. I just give the bug a dip in a bucket of hot water and scrub him down, then let him air dry overnight.
Nope, never thought about it until now. He never spit up pn it, never had a blowout. And I would put a burp cloth down so when he was drooling, the burp cloth cought it. I don't know why I haven't....just haven't.
