I had no where else to vent so here goes. I feel like I cannot get excited about the pregnancy because I have been feeling these cramps for over a week now. Everytime I feel one, I feel like I want to cry because I am so scared of loosing the baby. They don't want to give me an ultrasound because I am not bleeding, which is a good sign, but I just wish they would go away. I can't wait for my ultrasound in week 11 so that I can just get some comfort that everything is okay.
Re: So I am Totally Feeling Miserable...
Cramps are perfectly normal. I have been told this by everyone I know who has had a baby and also my doctor. Everyone has said it feels like you are about to get your period at any second through out the whole pregnancy.
I have been getting them very badly also, but it is because I am not drinking enough water. (hangs head in shame) My doctor, friends, and even other ladies on here, have said drinking a lot of water helps to get rid of the cramps.
I have noticed that on the days I am at 100 oz of water I barely have any cramping.
How far along are you? I had slight but relentless cramps for about a week, but they've lessened over the last day or two. Hope yours calm down soon!
ETA: I just read Ladylec's post. I started drinking a lot more water over the at two days - maybe that's why my cramps have almost gone away!
I had cramps daily since I found out I was pregnant but as soon as week 6 started the cramps have gone away almost completely. The cramps made me nervous and when they went away I got nervous again. I am now trying not to stress too much about it since there has been no blood.

This is a post I wrote a few weeks ago. Did some research on the cramps you're feeling. It's normal as long as you're not bleeding.
Relax....Deep Breaths...Enjoy being pregnant. Feeling cramps means your uterus is growing to make room for baby.

Thank you again for all of you making me feel so much better! I think most of my cramps are also from constapation (can't believe I am saying this). It seems like it gets worse after I eat. But I am upping my water intake and going to try to just being happy. I do believe whatever happens is what is suppose to happen.
Thank you everyone!
