M/S or M/S + virus

I feel god awful.  I broke down in tears this morning because I just can't take feeling like this everyday.  This is my third pregnancy and I was sick for the other two, but not this bad.  I feel like I have the flu and I am soooooo nauseous.  I keep hoping that the next day will be better....but so far it hasn't been.  I have a 3.5 year old at home and it's pretty tough managing.  I may actually be leaving work soon because I just want to go back to bed and cry.  Any advice?

    I feel the same way I feel sick liek I am getting a flu plus I am super nauseous and I have a 2.5 year old. At least today I got to come to work( never thought I'd say that) I couldn't ingamine beig home with her feeling likethis. I didn't get sick at all with my first one.
