Thinking ahead.....

If and when you get pregnant again how are you going to announce it?

 

My sister in law has always had tshirts made for the other kids to tell us and I wanted to do something more creative, but I am NOT creative!  Any ideas!  I am not pregnant, but I am a planner and want to think of a great way to announce!

    Ugh I hate my computer at work because they blocked pinterest!  UGH!

    Love the little feet and shoes photos.   My DH has the ugliest feet ever!

    Someone I know just announced their 2nd pregnancy on Easter. They gave a picture of the 3 of them to their family and had on it something like this (I'm making up the words because I don't remember all of them but you get the idea!)

    Picture Frame - $5

    Camera to take the picture - $150

    The look on your face when you realize there are 4 people in this picture - Priceless

     I thought it was a cute idea! :)

    To tell our families we had the poem you can find somewhere online I'm sure and it was in a box with a pink and blue baby blanket. When they read the poem it told them they would be welcoming a new grandbaby in April.  

    For my 2nd with the gender we told the Grandma's to be expecting something in the mail the day of our gender/20 week ultrasound. I sent them both flowers from my DD with a balloon attached that said it's a boy! It was just a small flower arrangement with a card from DD that said My baby brother is coming in April.

     They loved it. My florist was super accomodating back home and they had the order ready and waited for my call at 9 that morning after the ultrasound to load them on the delivery truck with the proper balloon.

     Love some of the other ideas shared....sad there will be no more babies for me! :) GL!

    For the grandparents on Mothers day we are giving Gramma cards with an ultra sound picture.  We will do this for my sister and DHs sister as well.  Every one else will see her "I'm Going to be a Big Sister" shirt at a family gathering.

    I like the shoe picture idea A LOT.  Me DH, 4 children and then baby shoes.. Love it.

    By turning in my maternity leave paperwork... I honestly don't know if I'll do this again, but I'm not into the whole "yay-rah" of it. It just feels weird to me.

    We went the tee shirt route with a tee from Etsy. We told them on Grandparents Day so each grandparent (or set of grandparent) got a card with these two pics in it.

    I bought it before I had my first appt. If I had known that it was twins when I ordered I would have asked the seller to add another baby bird onto the back.
