Question about exercise

Hi girls!!!

I am 11 weeks and we are expecting twins! I am not a very active person. I have been thin all my life and occasionally joined gyms here and there to be healthy. I have a 4 month old puppy and I started walking her for 30 minutes a day last week. I get really tired after the walk. I'm not speed walking but we are walking at a decent pace. I'm not sure if this is safe? What do you guys think?

  • Walking is an excellent form of physical activity for someone who was not previously very active. Try to keep it up as long as possible and you will find you will be better off after the babies arrive. Enjoy your pregnancy and rest as you need, it takes a lot of energy to grow life :)

  • make sure to stay super hydrated.  plan a route where you can stop and pee or squat :)  keep up the good work!!   when you get bigger, water walking will help as well.
