dr changed my due date again :(

will h ever make up his mind hahaha swear it changes every visit. one visit I am due may 29 and according to U/S may 29th. but sometimes he has me at june 2nd. is it ok if I post on this board with you ladies

Thats so bizarre that he keeps changing it! My MW said that since I had an early first tri u/s to determine EDD, that they will not change it, even if the baby is growing a little big or small now.

Of course you can join us here! The more the merrier! And it will probably be nicer for you to be at the start of our June board, instead of the end of the May board. Wink

My due date is June 6 (and that's what my ticker measures from) but I've already been told that they will induce me at 38 or 39 weeks. I just stay here because my gestational ticker puts me in the same boat as the June ladies. I go through the same things as they do, May ladies are too far ahead of me.

My EDD is June 3rd but because of the size of the baby the u/s is saying the baby's due date is May 29th. I asked about this and my doctor said they won't change the due date because baby can come anytime it wants so a week doesn't make a difference.

While my doctor hasn't changed the date, my OBGYN gave me June 30th and my first ultrasound gave me June 26th. My ticker measures from the 26th-I like hitting the weeks as early as possible. But in my mind, I guess I know I could go well past the 30th. I just tell people 'end of June'. It's a due 'guess' anyhow, not a due date, as my mom says.

My EDD according to my LMP is June 18th. But I had long cycles so I knew it wasn't accurate. My EDD according to my charting was June 28th. After our ultrasound at 12 weeks, the baby's measurement put my EDD at June 23rd. My OB still kept me at June 18th. Our 20 week ultrasound confirmed the June 23rd EDD but my OB said that she would only change an EDD that was over 7 days difference, and it was only 5. She said she'd keep June 18th on my chart. I don't have a problem with it. I know at our appointment today, she'll say I'm 30 weeks and I'll measure 29 and that's fine. I won't consider myself overdue until I'm past June 23rd, though. Since she started measuring my fundal height I have consistently matched the ultrasound dating, so I've always been 1 week behind her EDD.

I just don't want her to try to induce me at 41 weeks when I'll only consider myself 40 weeks. When we get closer I'll just let her know I don't want even consider induction until I'm past June 30th. She's been really understanding and totally on board with everything else I've asked so I'm not too concerned about making that request.

I had an early u/s as well and they told me that no matter what changes, my due date will not! I would think the May 29th date is right if that is what they told you at an early u/s. But if its your first baby everyone tells me that baby will come when he/she is ready. The baby does not care about the due date! You are always welcome to hang with us June-to-be-mommies!

thanks I am just getting so excited now I just want this baby to come. I have a bilateral uterus blah and that means Ava has half the space to grow in so I am so uncomfortable. I feel bad things are so tight in there for her. I am just ready to have this baby I think...
