Putting everything in his mouth!!

LO is driving me crazy! He wants to put everything in his mouth and he gets very upset when he can't. He literally screams when he is on his playmat and a toy doesn't reach to his mouth or he drops his toy. I don't see anything as far as teeth so I don't get where this is coming from. Is anyone else's LO doing this?

DS puts everything in his mouth.

It's just what babies do. It doesn't necessarily mean teeth, it's just one more way for them to "discover" things.

It getting to the point where he is sticking his finger so far in his mouth he is gagging himself.

DS gags himself all the time. Sometimes he'll gag himself to the point that he throws up. He also puts everything in his mouth, just that stage where he's learning

All the time. If I am holding her one my lap, she will grab at my hand so she can shove one of my fingers in her mouth. With her it's a mix of teething and because it's a way baby learn about things.

It's completely normal. Don't let it drive you crazy because he will be doing this for a long time. He's exploring his world.

DS is putting everything in his mouth and laughs while doing it. He's especially fond of burp cloths!

i have the same problem with my daughter. she gets very frustrated when she can't get something in her mouth the way she wants or if she can't get it to stay. then she shrieks & screams.
