Tonight is the first night my son will sleep in his own room in his crib! He has been in a bassinet beside me since day one. I'm feeling quite anxious about it. He is 2 months old tomorrow. Where are all of your babies currently sleeping? My sister thinks its too early which has made me a little nervous.

My LO sleeps in a pack n play in our room. His bedroom is upstairs and across the house so I am not transitioning him until he wakes up 0-1 time a night. Right now he is at 2-4 and it would be too much...
Fwiw I don't think you are too early at all!

DS will also be 2 months tomorrow, and he sleeps in the RNP next to our bed. We live in a bungalow, so our room is upstairs and his is down. Since our room is the whole upstairs, his crib is at the far end of our room. He has reflux issues, so right now we're more comfortable with him in the RNP; we'll move him to his crib when he can lay flat on his back with no issues.
We did the same. He was in our room before, but transitioned without any problems after the first night.
She's in her crib in my room (my room is kinda large). We'll be moving in the next two months, so she'll go into her own room after we're in our new place.
I don't think you're too early.

DS is 7 weeks and still sleeps in his bassinet in our room. We have one of those Arms Reach things that attaches to our bed. He's still waking up once in the night to eat, and it works better for us this way. But there's really no right and wrong in this situation. It's whatever works for you and your LO.
I'm so anxious about her being in her room... when I can hear her in person, I can tell if her little noises and wigglings are while she's asleep or awake. I just hate having to listen to her through the monitor, which I too, have turned up SUPER loud.
DS sleeps in his crib. We moved him when he was about 5-6 weeks old...I can't remember exactly. He sleeps so much better in there than he did in the RNP in our room
love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
DD has been in her crib in her own room since she was 1 week old. She slept in the RnP in her own room for the first 3 nights she was home.
We have a monitor, and haven't had a problem with her sleeping at all. She's been STTN for a few weeks (9ish-pm to 5:30ish-am).

Haha, this is me with DS!
This!
After 2 1/2 years TTC, 3 IUI's, endo, and a lap, a surprise BFP brought us Alexandra Marie!
Ideally he sleeps in his crib at night since day 1. Though there have been some recliner nights in there. Our room is right next to his, so things might be different if I had to go across the house to feed him. (He still wakes up atleast twice a night.)
During the day is a free-for-all. He sleeps where I think he'll stay asleep for a decent nap- whether it's crib, bouncer, or on me.
