    i went in front of the judge and requested support and back pay from birth.  I should recieve info in the mail soon.  hopefully he starts making payments but knowing him this process will keep on dragging!

    My ex quit his job after he found out how much he had to pay in child support. These guys are jerks!

    Agree this guys are ridiculous.  I work fulltime and take care of DD full time by myself.  Do you think you could get off your butt and get a job to at least help financially!!!  He did not show up for court so the judge calculated his potential earnings at minimum wage ( since he doesn't have a job but theres no reason he cant work) and also added a small amount on top of that for back support.  I am ok with what is being offerred but ill probably never see it.  he hasnt even made a payment and already says he wont have the money.  So as much as i thought it was done for a few, i see myself back in the courthouse sooner rather than later.  Will it ever end!
