It's usually +/- 1 lb. My boys' last growth scan was at 37w. They were each estimated at 5lbs11oz. At birth 6 days later, they weighed 6lbs10oz and 6lbs7oz.
Mine were both off by about a pound each. My Dr was pissed. I wanted to be induced instead of going straight to a c-section (which is what I ended up with), and he said he never would have let me labor for as long as I did had he known that Baby A was so much lighter than Baby B. Apparently its better if Baby A is the fatty
24 hours before my girls were born I was told baby a weighed 4lb 6oz and baby b weighed 6lb 7oz and when they were born A weighed 5lb and B weighed 5lb 8oz.
The day I had mine, Ethan was estimated at 4lbs even (he was 4lb 7oz), Allison estimated at 3lb 1oz (she was 3lb, 4oz) I was glad they were larger because they were considered very small...
Twins born at 34w2d, Allison, 3lb,4oz-Ethan, 4lb7oz, both 16 1/2 inches. Out of Difficulties Grow Miracles
Mine were off by almost a pound for each baby. They were estimated in the upper 5lb, lower 6lb range the days before delivery and they were born @ 5lb2oz and 4lb15oz. Born @ 36w.
At 32w6d they said mine 4lbs 5oz, 4lbs 11oz, and 4lbs 10oz they were born at 35w3d at 4lbs 5oz, 5lbs 2oz, and 4lbs 11oz so they were off on mine. Or my kiddos did not grow which was not the case.

At 34w, mine were estimated at 4lb 4oz and 5lb 3oz. They were born at 36w2d wring 4lb 12oz and 5lb 11oz. The ultrasound was actually pretty accurate assuming a weight gain of 1/4lb per week.
Re: how accurate were your ultrasound weights?
6 days before I had my boys, they were estimated at 6.4 and 7.5. They were 7.3 and 7.9 @ birth.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

I had a growth scan 2 days before they were born.
A: Estimated 7.14, actual 8.7
B: Estimated 7.4, actual 7.1
Not. My girls were actually much smaller than what they estimated.
