DHA Pills

Is anyone taking it yet? If so, what brand?

I'm taking a Target prenatal and a Target brand DHA. My stomach has been upset the past few days, not sure if it's just being pregnant or if it's the DHA I just started taking, but I'm looking for a new brand.

    I just ordered the Enfamil Expecta Lipil DHA soft gels. They had good reviews on Amazon and are made with a non-fish source which is supposed to be best. I will try them and report back if I have any problems. Have you tried taking them at night to see if that helps your stomach?

    I use Rainbow Light prenatal and DHA. Very easy on the stomach.

    i use rainbow light organic prenatals and newchapter prenatal omega fish oils (from wild alaskan salmon that is very low in mercury)...both are fine on my stomach.  i've also tried newchapter organic prenatals and those are very easy on the stomach.  the whole foods pills like these tend to not be as harsh as some of the chemical kind of pills, so you may want to try them.  i'd recommend going on amazon because they are the cheapest there...

    I'm also using the expecta lipil. My ob recommended these for my last pregnancy. I'm also using a target brand prenatal. It's a chewable and hasn't upset my stomach. Just make sure you read the label bc you are supposed to take two of these a day. For a while I was only taking one! Hope you find one that works.

    I'm taking the Target DHA and prenatals and so far I've been fine, but I started taking prenatals 6 months before we started ttc so I think my body is just used to them.

    Also, try taking them at night, might help with the upset stomach.

    I take the Naturemade Prenatals that have DHA in them.  1 pill is much easier for me to remember.  You can usually find them buy one get one so thats when I stock up.  I have a pretty sensative stomach and have never had trouble with these

    I am taking the nature made Prenatal and DHA. I would try taking them at night to help with the nausea.

    I've been taking a prenatal for about 2 years at night and I started the DHA on Friday when I got my + test. I wonder if I took the DHA in the morning if it wouldn't upset my stomach. Taking the prenatal at night works great, I wonder if both at night is bad on my stomach.

    I'm taking the Women's One a Day Prenatals and it also comes with a one a day DHA pill.
