...in joining a private Facebook Group for December 2012 Moms? 
I thought about making one, so we could all keep in touch that way as well.

ETA AGAIN: I can't figure out how to add people that I am not friends with on Facebook...does anyone know a way around this? Or do I need to add everyone as a friend, add them to the group, then delete as a friend?

We have a local Chicago FB group, I set it up as a closed group and then let people find it and request to join, as the admin I would just have to add them.
This way people can find the group rather than you find them.
But if you want to make it totally private, disregard anything I said!
Yayyy! I was hoping someone would do this. I was about to come post that I could start one.
I'll PM you my info. Is the group set to secret? If not, can it be? I'd like not to have my family see that pop up in their feeds.
That would be a lot easier...but I think that it would show up in their newsfeeds that they joined this group...and some people don't want anyone to know! Hmmm...

@Happilyeverafter - it has to be totally private not to show up in newsfeeds. You an add people as friends and defriend after they are added if need be. If you need a second set of hands, LMK. I'd be happy to help! I PMd you my info.

Looks like you got it figured out - I couldn't find any way around the friend thing, either. When I started one of these on another board, I was suddenly the most popular person ever... I think I added 65 new friends in one day! I'm sure all my other friends were wondering what the heck happened.

Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.
IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.
Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.
