Post partum upset stomach?

Have no clue if it's pp related but I've had a serious upset stomach for 2 days-things go right through me

Post partum related anyone?

    I don't think it has anything to do with having been pregnant, especially since your LO is like 3.5 weeks old.

    Your system is probably still adjusting. I noticed my discharge papers said to keep taking the prenatal vitamins, which I haven't. I def. noticed a change also.
